Y’all there are a lot of peanut butter pie recipes out there. This one. My favorite. The creamy, sweet marshmallow and oh so buttery peanut butter cookie crust, make this pie my favorite no-bake.
{Week 37} Fluffernutter Pie
1 nutter-butter cookie crust
1 8oz pkg Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 c creamy peanut butter
1 c powered sugar
1 container of marshmallow cream (13 oz)
To make crust, crush a package of nutter-butter cookies and combine with melted butter until it packs well, 1/2 stick of butter will likely do!
Beat cream cheese and 1/2 c of peanut butter with an electric mixer until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar, beating at low speed until blended. Add marshmallow cream until combined. Spoon filling into prepared crust and chill for at least 3 hrs. Enjoy!
