it’s the bundt of the month…12

Sometimes simple is all you need. But simple doesn’t have to be boring.

This month’s little bundt is a savory one and you know what’s special, it took me all of 10 minutes to mix up. It’s just a box mix of cornbread to go along with some yummy soup for supper.  Simple and fancy, all at the same time! And it requires no extra work! Now that’s nice!

Prepare your cornbread as you normally would (at least enough batter for 12 muffins or 9×9 pan), spray your favorite bundt with Baker’s Joy (or whatever works well for you) and bake as directed on your recipe, watching closely around the 10 minute left mark, so you don’t over or under bake. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before inverting. Easy!

So maybe the next time you are making a side of corn bread, make it simple and fancy by baking it in your favorite bundt instead! Your little Tuesday night soup supper just turned into a party!
