me oh my pie {week 52}

Last but certainly not least is a long time family favorite, that my dear Mammaw, and really all of us, love. It’s fudge-y and decadent and oh so chocolate-y that I had to save it for last.

Mammaw’s Fudge Pie
1/2 stick margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbs. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 pie pastry shell

Melt margarine in sauce pan, add sugar, cocoa and stir well. Add eggs and stir, so not beat. Add evaporated milk and stir again. Pour in pie shell. Bake 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool 30-45 minutes before cutting to serve. Enjoy!
