This week’s gem of a pie is exactly why I wanted to do this little pie challenge. I get so excited at the discovery of a new favorite. And this Salted Honey Pie is one for the recipe box. Salty and sweet. Creamy and perfect with a fresh cup of warm tea. I like using my favorite honey, Breitsamer Creamy Honey which you can find online if your local grocery doesn’t have an international section. My grocery also carries my favorite Maldon flaked sea salt which ups the ante of any bake good…chocolate chip cookies, oh my. This is a must make pie for any honey aficionado. Continue reading
