me oh my pie {week 45}

This easy peasy pear pie couldn’t be simpler. Bake and enjoy!

Caramel Pear Pie
1 double-pie pastry
6 medium pears
2 tbs flour
1 jar store bought caramel sauce of your choice

Toss pears with flour and place in prepared pie pastry. Pour caramel sauce on top of pears before topping with additional pastry crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes, tented with foil, uncover and bake another 20 minutes or so, until pastry is golden and pears are tender.
